Conant Stream, great for skulking around.

There’s always something moving under the water.

Water buffalo sniffs rock.

Glug, glug! Aaah, that tastes good.

Hmm, what’s this over here?

Let’s have a look.

That’s me, a creature of the wild! (Just give me a snack when we get home.)

Mama Bear and Papa Bear took us to Maine for the Fourth of July weekend.

We get to run without leashes on long dirt roads, smell the bear and moose,
and splash through puddles.

You can always find a prize to carry home.

Here is a stream along the Sandy River. Perfect to explore!

This is where Reeds Mill Road went across Conant Stream.
There was a bridge here, but not any more.

A review of favorite photos and places.

Our neighbor fixing her driveway.

Companion cars at the coffee shop.

Walking along the wall at the playing fields.

We follow the wall along the school.

The Outlook. Mama Bear’s favorite spot.

Always something to learn.

The great stick collector.

Carry a small stick and cast a big shadow.

Here’s a good field. Papa Bear, can we go play?

Serena starts out with the upper paw!

I turn around and get her back. Gotcha!

Uh oh! She alway wins in the end.

Hey, let’s walk with our “cousins.” They are retriever and poodle, just like us!

Papa Bear took and 18-mile walk from Fairhaven to Wareham.
We went along for part of the way.

The weather got hot, so we found a stream…

… and took a swim …

… and climbed out …

… getting muddy along the way.

So what? What are you staring at?

Mama Bear takes us back in the car.

That was fun! Can we go again?

After dinner we get a treat.

Papa Bear gives us peanut butter in a cup.

Serena has long paws and a long tongue!

Waiting by the car in the rest area, woe is me!

Aoohh! Let me go.

Hey, now that we’ve arrived, we’re starting to have fun.

Yup, there’s still snow in the shade.

I’m gonna carry this stick all the way back.

Woohoo!

It’s heavy, so I sometimes drop the stick, to take a short rest.

Then I pick it up…

… and run ahead.

Almost there!

This time we walked all the way to Fairhaven.

More than 13 miles!

Low tide makes the best time for walking. And skulking.

What an opportunity to make friends!

Even after 10 miles, I’m thinking about bringing home a prize!
